We are looking for a Service Support & Repair Executive to manage service support activities, product repairs, customer queries, documentation, and daily reporting from our Naraina office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle overall service support operations and service requests.

• Diagnose and repair products such as Neckbands, TWS, Speakers and other audio/electronic products.

• Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding repair/service status.

• Maintain service records, repair reports and product tracking.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing service products.

• Ensure timely closure of service and repair cases.

• Support the team in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: ITI / Graduate in any stream.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Practical knowledge of electronic/audio product repair.

• Experience with Neckbands, TWS, Speakers or similar products preferred.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong customer handling and communication skills.

• Good reporting, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in consumer electronics, audio products, mobile accessories, service centres or technical support will be preferred.

Compensation

₹15,000 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience, technical skills and overall suitability.
