We are looking for a Field Service Techniicians to join our team Startgro to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like home appliances like water purifiers, Geysers, Kitchen Chimeys, Washing Manchines, Fridge, TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand 2000-25000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair or replace faulty equipment and Field Job.
Read repairing guides and get Trained from other experts.
Breakdown Call and preventative maintenance plans.
Delivery, Installation and Service of products
Call Closure in system and Customer Delight.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is ITI - Electrical/Mechanical and 6 months to 5 Years. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
