Mobile Technician

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician with 2–4 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on repair experience, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in iPhones and iPads.

• Perform display, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, and other component replacements.

• Troubleshoot power, charging, network, and software-related issues.

• Conduct device inspections, diagnostics, and functional testing before and after repairs.

• Identify faulty components and recommend appropriate repair solutions.

• Handle devices carefully and follow proper repair and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate repair records and update service status.

• Explain technical issues, repair procedures, and estimated costs to customers when required.

• Ensure timely repairs and maintain quality standards.
  

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on mobile phone repair experience, preferably with Apple products.

• Good knowledge of iPhone hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in component replacement and fault diagnosis.

• Basic knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

• Good communication skills to explain technical issues to customers.

• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing iPhones and iPads.

• Familiarity with iOS troubleshooting, updates, and restoration.

• Knowledge of motherboard-level diagnostics is an added advantage.
