Job Description – Maintenance Executive (Cloud Kitchen)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Executive to handle the electrical, electronic, equipment, and general maintenance requirements of our cloud kitchen outlets. The candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring all kitchen equipment and electrical systems are safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance

Handle electrical repair and maintenance at cloud kitchen outlets.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, DBs, lights, fans, and other electrical systems.

Attend to electrical breakdowns and resolve issues within the required turnaround time.

Conduct regular preventive checks of electrical installations.

Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety standards are maintained.

Electronic & Equipment Maintenance

Diagnose and repair electronic equipment and control systems.

Handle maintenance of kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, induction units, ovens, mixers, grinders, dishwashers, etc.

Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for major equipment repairs.

Monitor equipment performance and identify potential breakdowns in advance.

Preventive Maintenance

Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks across assigned cloud kitchens.

Maintain maintenance schedules and service records.

Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.

Ensure critical equipment is always available for kitchen operations.

General Maintenance

Attend to minor plumbing, carpentry, civil, and other facility-related maintenance issues.

Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and technicians when required.

Maintain proper records of spare parts, tools, and maintenance expenses.

Candidate Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.

2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical/equipment maintenance.

Experience in restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, commercial kitchens, or food-service operations will be an advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple outlets and respond to breakdown calls.

Basic knowledge of electrical safety and preventive maintenance.

Should have a valid two-wheeler licence and be willing to travel between outlets.
