Urgent opening for Maintenance Head responsible for overall maintenance of sheet metal and fabrication plant machinery. The role ensures maximum equipment uptime, minimum breakdowns, smooth production operations, and compliance with safety standards through effective preventive and corrective maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain machines like CNC Laser, Press Brake, Power Press, Welding Machines, Compressors, DG Sets, and Utilities.
Lead maintenance team and manage shift activities.
Reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency (OEE).
Ensure safety, TPM, and statutory compliance.
Manage spare parts, AMC vendors, and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with production and quality departments.
