JOB DESCRIPTION Machine Assembler – Production Line Company: Exim Expertise Position: Machine Assembler Department: Production Location: 29/6 & 32/3 Talawali chanda Salary: ₹10,000 to 12000 as exp. per month Time: 9:30 to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Machine Assembler to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling machine parts and components as per company specifications, ensuring proper fitting, finishing, and quality of the assembled machines. Key Responsibilities  Assemble machine parts and components as per drawings, instructions, and production requirements.  Perform fitting, drilling, fastening, wiring, and basic assembly work as required.  Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and correctly.  Check proper fitting and alignment of machine components.  Identify and report any damaged, defective, or incorrect components.  Follow the production line process and complete assigned work within the given time.  Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the work area.  Follow company safety rules and production procedures.  Assist senior technicians and supervisors whenever required.  Conduct basic quality checks of assembled machines.  Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage.  Support the team in achieving daily production targets. Required Skills & Qualifications  Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.  Freshers can also apply.  Basic knowledge of machine assembly and tools will be an advantage.  Ability to understand simple drawings or assembly instructions.  Good hand skills and attention to detail.  Willingness to learn new assembly processes.  Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.  Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.  Working Conditions  Full-time work in the company’s production/assembly area.  Work will involve standing and handling machine components for extended periods.  Candidate must follow workplace safety and quality standards. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹10,000 per month Other benefits, if applicable, will be provided as per company policy. Reporting The Machine Assembler will report to the Production Supervisor / Production Manager. Performance Expectations The employee is expected to:  Maintain good assembly quality.  Complete assigned production work on time.  Minimize assembly errors and material wastage.  Follow safety and company procedures.  Maintain discipline and teamwork on the production line.
