Job Description: Network & CCTV Cabling Technician
Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Network and CCTV Cabling Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, laying, and maintaining low-voltage cables for internet networks and CCTV surveillance systems.

Key Responsibilities
Cable Laying: Pulling, routing, and installing CAT5/CAT6 network cables and coaxial/power cables for CCTV cameras through conduits, ceilings, and walls.
Crimping & Punching: Punching down cables into patch panels, I/O boxes, and crimping RJ45/BNC connectors.
Hardware Mounting: Fixing PVC conduits, casing-capping, mounting CCTV cameras, and installing network racks.
Testing: Basic testing of cables using network cable testers to ensure proper connectivity and continuity.
Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshooting faulty cables, replacing damaged wires, and fixing connectivity issues at client sites.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or ITI (Electrical/Electronics) preferred.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in electrical wiring, networking, or CCTV installation (Fresher candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome).
Tools: Familiarity with hand tools like drilling machines, crimping tools, punch-down tools, and wire strippers.
Physical Fitness: Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and handle physical labor involved in cable pulling.
Travel: Must be willing to travel to various local site locations daily. (Having a personal two-wheeler and valid driving license is a big plus).
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level).

On-the-job training for advanced CCTV configuration and networking.
