Key Responsibilities

Conduct classes following the prescribed curriculum

Engage children in a fun, structured, and nurturing way

Communicate with parents on their child's progress and milestones

Prepare and organize each class in line with the curriculum

Coordinate with the team on class schedules and updates

Track student progress through quarterly assessments

Maintain sales allocation and petty cash records

Follow up with parents on student absenteeism

Requirements

Background in gymnastics state/national level experience preferred

Strong understanding of gymnastic skills and spotting techniques

Comfortable working with young children in an energetic setting

Good communication skills in English (or willingness to learn)

Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude

Passion for sports and continuous learning

Commitment to a long-term role

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience teaching or coaching children

Certification in gymnastics or a related sport (added advantage)
