🏃‍♂️ ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you love sports, enjoy working with kids, and bring high energy wherever you go? 🌈

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Trainer to conduct engaging and structured classes for children aged 2–12 years.

You’ll create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, stay active, and build confidence.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• 🤸 Conduct classes as per the prescribed curriculum

• 🧒 Keep children engaged through fun, structured activities

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Communicate with parents about children’s progress & milestones

• 📋 Prepare and organize classes as per the curriculum

• 🤝 Coordinate with the team on schedules and class updates

• 📊 Track student progress through quarterly assessments

• 💰 Maintain sales allocation and petty cash records

• 📞 Follow up with parents regarding student absenteeism

• 🛡️ Ensure a safe and positive learning environment

💪 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 🤸 Background in Gymnastics — state/national-level experience preferred

• 🎯 Strong understanding of gymnastics skills and spotting techniques

• 🧒 Comfortable working with young children

• 🗣️ Good English communication skills or willingness to learn

• ❤️ Patient, enthusiastic and nurturing personality

• 📒 Basic record-keeping and cash-handling skills

• ⏰ Strong time management and coordination abilities

• 🏆 Passion for sports and continuous learning

• 🚀 Commitment to building a long-term career

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience teaching/coaching children

• Certification in Gymnastics or a related sport will be an added advantage
