As a Program Manager, you’ll take ownership of the center like your own mini-business—managing sales, marketing, operations, customer engagement, and exciting activities for children and parents.

🎯 What Will You Do?

• 👨‍👩‍👧 Build strong relationships with parents & children

• 📞 Handle calls, emails & in-person interactions

• 📚 Ensure quality classes as per curriculum standards

• 📈 Drive marketing activities & generate leads

• 🏢 Manage smooth day-to-day center operations

• 🎉 Plan and coordinate events, birthday parties, field trips & more

• 📊 Maintain reports, records & documentation

• 🤝 Lead and coordinate with teams to deliver great experiences

• 💻 Basic knowledge of MS Office
