9.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a 30 minute lunch break

Purpose

To Train the Enrolled Candidates (PWDs & Underprivileged Candidates) & enabling the candidates on communication aspects and make them self-reliant to attend the Interviews which fetch them for Placements

Essential Functions

• Prepare the Time Table, Lesson Planner & verify the Trainer Manual and keep the Materials ready which is required for Training

  • Before Start of every Batch designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises;

• To train & deliver the Topics as per the standard syllabus and enabling the candidates focusing on Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing and make them self-reliant to attend the Interviews which fetch them for Placements

  • Complete the syllabus as per the Lesson Planner

• Identify the training needs of the beneficiaries & utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices.

  • Use different mode of Teaching such as Video, Audio learning through Projectors in theory sessions and Computers & Tabs in Practical Sessions

• Give relevant assignments (Weekly Once) & conduct Fortnight Assessments and correct the same as per the topic covered

  • Corrections and entry in the Drive should be made within 7 Days from the Date of Assignments or Assessments

• Maintaining appropriate records of learner development and evaluate and document students’ progress

  • Batch wise maintain & Update the Candidate information including

1. Leave Register (regular),

2. Attendance Register (Daily),

3. Assignments Marks & Materials (Weekly),

4. Assessment Marks & Materials (Fortnight),

5. Regular Feedbacks (Monthly),

6. Photographs of the Activities (Monthly)

Note: Send the regular updates on students' progress & updates to their parents

• Providing guidance and advice to students on educational and social matters and on their further education and future careers;

• Responsible for student counseling and student retention

  • Providing information on sources of more expert advice; while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention and improvement

• Maintains safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations & deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.

  • Responsible for Candidate's discipline inside the campus and during organizational visits such as Exposure Visits, participating in events etc. Maintains order and discipline among students while promoting safety and compliance with organization rules and guidelines

• Plan and implement educational activities and events.

  • Arranging Exposure Visits, Parent-Teacher Meetings, Events & Celebrations etc.

• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Reviewing and evaluating one’s own teaching and learning strategies, methodologies and programme/s in line with the National Skill Development curriculum (NSDC) guidelines

  • Attend such workshop to improve their standard once in every 6 Months

Job Setting

Flexibility in extending office timing when required: Requires working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions: requires travelling: requires work with Center Heads/Project Heads: requires prompt service

• To be good at English Communication (Written and spoken).

• To have Inter personal skills.

• To aware about training methods (Trust Building, Good Relationship, Accentuate and Redirection).

• To assess candidates training level.

• Defining the skill-sets needed to perform different roles

• To be efficient in time management and passionate about the role.

• Able to handle the Trainees with different disabilities.

• Professionally to be good at IT Skills and mastery on JAW’s software (Technical Trainer).

• To be good at desktop application such as MS Office, internet browsers, e-assessment, social networking and virtual lab etc (Technical Trainer)
