Lead and manage the preschool center while teaching and nurturing children. Responsible for center operations, curriculum delivery, staff management, and parent engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Teaching: Deliver age-appropriate lessons, monitor child development, and maintain progress reports.
Center Management: Oversee daily operations, safety, hygiene, and resources. Maintain records and reports.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff. Conduct appraisals and team meetings.
Parent Engagement: Communicate student progress, organize meetings/events, and promote the preschool.
Operations & Finance: Monitor budget, tuition collection, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's in early childhood education or related field.
3–5 years teaching experience.
Strong leadership & good communication skills.
Passionate about early childhood education.
