Assistant Teacher – Preschool (Urgent Hiring)

📍 Location: Palla–Tilpat
⏰ Timing: 8:15 AM – 2:45 PM
💰 Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a caring, patient, and energetic Assistant Teacher to support our preschool classrooms. The role focuses on child care, engagement, and creating a joyful learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in daily classroom activities

• Take care of children’s basic needs, safety, and hygiene

• Help in conducting fun learning activities, rhymes, and play-based learning

• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive classroom environment

• Support children during meals, washroom routines, and transitions

• Encourage good habits, discipline, and basic sanskar values

• Be actively involved in playing, storytelling, and engaging with kids

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong love and affection for children ❤️

• High level of patience and calm behavior

• Willingness to sit, play, and interact with children actively

• Basic communication skills (Hindi required, English is a plus)

• Responsible, caring, and attentive nature

Eligibility

• Minimum: 12th Pass

• Experience in preschool/childcare is preferred (Freshers with right attitude can apply)
