• Working Days: 6 days a week

• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Experience Required: 3–5 years

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

• Language: English (Required)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our wellness center. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team management, customer service, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the spa and ensure exceptional customer service.

• Supervise and lead the spa team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Monitor inventory, stock, and cash management.

• Ensure smooth opening and closing of daily operations.

• Conduct regular staff meetings and maintain a positive work environment.

• Develop and implement customer retention and service improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Support marketing activities and business growth initiatives.

• Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, Hotel, or BPO industries.

• Prior experience in the wellness industry will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage sales, operations, and team performance effectively.
