The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining safety and security within the container truck manufacturing facility, including factory premises, warehouses, parking yards, and entry/exit gates. The role ensures protection of company assets such as raw materials, finished containers, vehicles, equipment, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and transport vehicles

• Verify gate passes, delivery challans, and dispatch documents for incoming raw materials and outgoing container trucks

• Inspect trucks and containers during dispatch to prevent theft or material loss

• Maintain proper records of vehicle movement, driver details, and visitor logs

• Conduct regular patrols across factory floors, storage yards, and parking areas

• Ensure safety protocols are followed in restricted or high-risk areas

• Assist during emergency situations such as fire, accidents, or equipment damage

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding dispatch schedules

• Report daily activities and security incidents to the supervisor

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th qualification

• Experience in industrial or factory security preferred

• Basic knowledge of documentation related to logistics and dispatch

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle night shifts and long working hours

• Physically fit and alert

Work Environment:

• Industrial manufacturing setup

• Involves outdoor gate duty and yard monitoring

• Rotational shifts including night duty
