Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic interns who are keen to build a career in customer interaction and voice process roles. This role involves handling client communication, understanding requirements, and supporting business operations through effective calling and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients and leads

• Communicate company services clearly and professionally

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information

• Schedule calls, follow-ups, and appointments as required

• Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM tools

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow execution

• Follow up with clients to ensure engagement and service satisfaction

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates looking for internship opportunities

• Good communication skills in English (additional regional language is a plus)

• Confident and comfortable with voice-based roles
