We are looking for a Quality Analyst to monitor and improve the performance of sales agents by ensuring quality standards, compliance, and effective sales practices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate sales calls (inbound/outbound)
Audit calls based on QA scorecards
Provide feedback and coaching to agents
Identify gaps in sales performance and suggest improvements
Ensure adherence to sales process and compliance guidelines
Share quality reports and insights

Strong communication and listening skills
Understanding of sales process and call handling
Knowledge of objection handling and closing techniques
