Job Description

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers to handle customer relationships and provide assistance with banking products and services. The role involves handling customer inquiries, promoting relevant financial solutions, generating sales opportunities, and achieving assigned targets through voice-based communication.


Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers and provide banking-related assistance.

Promote Axis Bank products and services based on customer needs.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Generate sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain customer records and update interaction details.

Ensure excellent customer service and follow process guidelines.


Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduation (10+2+3), any stream except B.Tech and B.E.

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply).

Age: 18–30 years.

Languages Required: English with any one of the following: Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi.

Telugu is not accepted for this requirement.
