Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates for the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) position. The role involves managing prospective customer leads, understanding property requirements, presenting suitable residential projects and assisting customers throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and walk-ins.

• Understand customer budgets, preferred locations and property requirements.

• Explain residential projects, pricing, amenities and payment plans.

• Arrange property site visits and project presentations.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain CRM records.

• Build customer relationships and support sales closures.

• Coordinate booking formalities and property documentation.

• Monitor real estate trends, pricing and new project launches.

• Prepare sales reports and work towards assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

• Experience in real estate, sales, business development, banking or insurance is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
