Job Overview

ZFORB is hiring an experienced Travel Sales Consultant Manager to handle International holiday & Domestic holiday inquiries and assist Indian clients in planning outbound travel. The role involves consulting clients, designing customized itineraries, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries for international holiday packages

• Advise clients on destinations across Europe, Asia, Dubai, Vietnam, Bali, Singapore,Thailand, and other international locations.

• Design customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing

• Guide clients on visa requirements, including Schengen visa processes

• Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into bookings

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international partners

• Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure high conversion and satisfaction

Required Experience

• 3–6 years experience as a Travel Consultant / Holiday Consultant

• Strong background in outbound travel and international holiday bookings

• Experience working with reputed travel companies or tour operators

• Good knowledge of international destinations .

• Strong sales and client consultation skills

• Knowledge of international travel planning and customized itineraries

• Excellent communication and customer-handling ability

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
