We are seeking a highly motivated Travel Sales Agent with 1–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Amadeus, Galileo, and GDS software, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. The role involves handling travel bookings, providing itinerary solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Handle domestic & international flight bookings using Amadeus, Galileo, and other GDS platforms.
Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and provide suitable itinerary options.
Process reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
Provide accurate fare quotes and ensure timely booking confirmations.
Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries & leads.
Upsell travel packages, insurance, and additional services.
Resolve client issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends.
