Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings through calls, chat
● Assist customers with cruise selection, itinerary planning, and pricing guidance
● Support the end-to-end booking process, including pre-booking and post-booking
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings using CRM tools
● Track and improve conversion rates and response timelines
Key Requirements
● 0–12 months of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic numerical ability and logical thinking
● Familiarity with online tools, CRM systems, or digital platforms
Preferred Qualifications
