Hiring for TSI– Job Description

1. Primary & Secondary Sales

   • Achieve secondary sales target from distributors/subDBs to retailers.

   • Achieve monthly primary sales targets for Super Stockist & Sub-D

2. Market Coverage

   • Follow the assigned beat plan and cover all outlets.

   • Drive focus products secondary sales & Distribution

   • Operate proper schemes as per company scheme letter.

   • Platinum Stores & wholesale Stores tgt achv

   • Ensure productive calls as per plan and proper market working.

   • Open new outlets and increase outlet reach.

3. Customer Management

   • Coordinate with distributors for stock, billing and order execution.

   • Monitor distributor stock and ensure timely replenishment.

   • Collection from Sub-D and Wholesale

   • Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

   • Resolve retailer complaints and improve service levels

4. Product Availability & Merchandising

   • Ensure availability and visibility of all key SKUs.

   • Check stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.

   • Drive distribution and range expansion.

   • Ensure proper product display and shelf visibility.

   • Implement company visibility standards and promotional activities.

5. Reporting & Discipline

   • Complete daily reporting accurately through the sales app/DMS.

   • Follow beat plan, call productivity and working-hour discipline.

   • Control expiry, Damage, Sales return & claims

6. Market Intelligence

   • Track competitor pricing, schemes, activities and new launches.

   • Report market issues and opportunities to the ASE/ASM.

Candidate should be well experienced with min 4-5 years experience in FMCG personal care industry, ideally Soaps.
