Job Summary
Pholus Globos Facility Service Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Tender Executive with a strong background in electrical, MEP, EPC, and facility management projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and developing competitive bid strategies to secure projects. The candidate should have a proven ability to achieve a high bid win ratio through effective planning, pricing, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and monitor government and private tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual terms.
Prepare accurate technical and commercial bid documents in compliance with tender requirements.
Develop competitive pricing strategies to maximize bid success.
Analyze BOQs and prepare detailed cost estimates and rate analyses.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to gather bid inputs.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate the best commercial terms.
Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bid documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries and tender clarifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs, and vendors.
Track tender results, analyze unsuccessful bids, and implement improvements to increase future win rates.
Negotiate commercial terms where required and support contract finalization.
Coordinate with project execution teams for a smooth handover after project award.
Maintain a high tender success rate by implementing effective bid management and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical tendering, estimation, or bid management.
Experience in electrical contracting, facility management, EPC, automation, or industrial projects.
