Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telesales Executive responsible for lead generation and connecting with potential clients through calls and professional platforms. The role includes introducing company services, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling meetings for the internal sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through calls and platforms like LinkedIn

Contact potential clients and share basic information about services/insurance plans

Understand customer needs and schedule meetings for the internal team

Maintain records of leads, calls, and follow-ups

Coordinate with the internal team for further process

Requirements:

Experience in telesales / telecalling / lead generation preferred

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage

Target-oriented and proactive approach
