Role Overview:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive who can handle leads generated through ads, follow up with potential clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up on leads generated via Facebook/Instagram adsUnderstand client requirements and pitch our services clearlyHandle objections and close deals over calls/WhatsAppMaintain lead status and follow-up recordsCoordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clientsRequirements:Prior experience in cold calling / telecalling / sales follow-upsGood communication skills in English & HindiComfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and CRM/Excel (basic)Target-driven and confident in closing leadsPreferred:Experience with digital marketing or service-based businessesImmediate joiner
