Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Assistant to support our sales team by contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/software systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
