Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Telesales Executive to join Rhythm Homecare Services LLP. This role is focused on generating new customers, converting inquiries into bookings, and driving revenue growth through effective telephonic sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in cold calling, handling objections, building customer trust, and closing sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 along with attractive performance-based incentives, monthly rewards, and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, digital leads, and follow-ups.

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed service bookings.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Homemaker Assistants services.

• Present and explain the benefits of housekeeping, cooking, child care, elderly care, deep cleaning, and other home services.

• Build customer trust by explaining staff verification, training, and service quality.

• Handle customer objections confidently and negotiate to maximize conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or Excel.

• Send quotations, service details, and booking confirmations via WhatsApp and email.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Collect customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Acquisition, or Inside Sales

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
