Role Overview: (Work From Office Only)
IRA Finserv is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, particularly in the financial sector, and possess excellent communication skills. The role involves engaging potential customers, explaining financial products, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain loan products.
· Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
· Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Handle customer queries and provide necessary guidance.
· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless loan processing.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Minimum Experience: Fresher - 2 years in Tele Sales / Outbound Sales/ Tell Calling (preferably in financial products like loans, credit cards, insurance, or banking)
· Age Criteria: Candidates born in 2002 or earlier will be considered.
· Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
· Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and basic English (local language proficiency is a plus).
· Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge & CRM usage experience preferred.
· Soft Skills: Strong communication, convincing ability, and negotiation skills.
· Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
· Incentives & Performance Bonuses
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
