A Real Estate Team Leader drives revenue and business growth by mentoring agents, managing client relationships, and overseeing property transactions. They set sales targets, conduct site visits, and empower their team with market knowledge to consistently close deals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Mentorship: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of real estate agents. Conduct daily or weekly meetings, provide coaching, and foster an inspiring work environment.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Set clear team goals and track performance metrics. Lead the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Client & Deal Oversight:
Assist team members with complex negotiations, site visits, and contract closures. Handle high-level client escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Stay highly updated on local property market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to provide valuable advice to buyers and sellers.
Lead Management: Ensure the team effectively utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and convert prospects.
Compliance: Ensure all daily operations, property listings, and lease agreements adhere to local real estate laws and industry regulations.
