Job Title: Sales Manager – Construction Chemical, Epoxy & Polyurethane Flooring

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the construction epoxy and polyurethane flooring segment. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in industrial or construction flooring solutions, and the ability to develop relationships with consultants, architects, dealers, and key customers. The role also involves building and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales of construction epoxy and polyurethane flooring solutions.

• Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills.

• Experience excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of floor surfacing products is an added advantage.

• Established relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and dealers are preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing sales teams.

• Willingness to travel as required.
