Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Trainer – US Sales with strong expertise in US cold calling, sales processes, and team handling. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for training, mentoring, and upskilling sales professionals to achieve defined performance targets and ensure consistent sales quality aligned with US market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver sales training programs focused on US cold calling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Train and mentor new hires and existing sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct role plays, mock calls, call audits, and feedback sessions to improve sales performance.
Develop and update training materials, scripts, pitch decks, and sales playbooks.
Monitor post-training performance and ensure training effectiveness and ROI.
Handle batch-wise training and manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Coordinate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and improve conversion ratios.
Track training metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with leadership.
Ensure adherence to US sales compliance, call quality standards, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in US sales/marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in US cold calling and outbound sales.
Proven experience in team handling and performance coaching.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics.
Ability to work in a rotational time zone.
Proficient in CRM tools and call monitoring systems (preferred).
Target-driven mindset with the ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
