Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling & Business Development Executive to generate leads, communicate with clients, understand business requirements, and support the company’s business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calling, online research, references, and other channels.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services.

• Understand client requirements and explain suitable HR/recruitment solutions.

• Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for further discussions.

• Negotiate and discuss commercial terms with clients as required.

• Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, follow-up, and business development targets.

• Prepare regular updates/reports on lead status and business development activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Business Development, Sales, Recruitment Sales, or a similar role.

• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

• Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Target-oriented and willing to take initiative.

• Candidate should be comfortable working from the Baner, Pune office.
