RDA Realty, the newly launched real estate advisory arm of RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., is building its founding team in Pune. As part of this initial expansion, we are looking to build a focused team of 5–6 professionals across different levels of experience.

RDA Tax Advisory is an established professional advisory firm based in Pune, with a focus on taxation, compliance, and business advisory. With RDA Realty, we are now bringing the same emphasis on professionalism, transparency, and client trust into the real estate sector.

We are looking for a sales executive / property consultant who is ambitious, confident, curious, and genuinely interested in building a career in real estate sales and advisory.

You will be joining RDA Realty at an early stage and will have the opportunity to grow with the business, take ownership, and be part of building the sales function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and understand property requirements

• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline

• Present suitable properties and projects to clients

• Coordinate and assist with site visits

• Coordinate with developers for project information and availability

• Maintain client relationships and follow-ups

• Support negotiations and work towards transaction closure

• Achieve individual monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or a related field.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a genuine interest in sales and real estate are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Confident approach towards client interaction and follow-ups.

• Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

• Willingness to learn about real estate projects, market trends, and the complete property transaction process.

• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an added advantage.

• Own bike and a valid driving license are mandatory, as the role involves client meetings and property site visits.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹55,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
