Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge about products/services for effective pitch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
