We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Commercial Property Advisor to join our team. This role involves understanding client requirements, researching available spaces, and identifying the most suitable commercial properties for purchase, lease, or investment. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of the real estate market, negotiation skills, and a client-first mindset.
Engage with clients to understand their business needs, space requirements, budget, and location preferences.
Conduct detailed research on available commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, warehouses, and industrial units.
Shortlist and present suitable properties to clients with detailed reports on location advantages, pricing, amenities, and legal aspects.
Coordinate property visits, inspections, and due diligence.
Build and maintain a network with property owners, developers, and brokers to access off-market and exclusive listings.
Negotiate rental/sale terms between clients and property owners to ensure the best outcomes.
Stay updated with local real estate trends, zoning laws, and upcoming developments.
Assist clients in documentation, compliance, and finalization of deals in collaboration with legal and financial advisors.
Maintain transparency and trust throughout the property selection process.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior experience in commercial real estate, property consulting, or leasing.
Strong analytical and market research skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
