Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. This is a remote role, ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while staying connected digitally. The Travel Consultant will engage with potential travelers, handle their queries, offer tailored travel solutions, and ensure smooth conversions while upselling additional services like stays, local sightseeing, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to assist with safari-related queries.

• Provide accurate travel information, itinerary guidance, and recommendations.

• Upsell and cross-sell services such as accommodation, local sightseeing, cultural experiences, and adventure activities.

• Build strong relationships with potential clients through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings on Google Sheets / MS Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written).

• Strong writing skills (English) for professional emails and messages.

• Basic computer proficiency – Google Sheets, MS Excel, Email tools.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
