We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller ( Work From Home / Office ) to handle outbound calls for one of our company products. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining the product, understanding their requirements, and generating genuine interest.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain the company’s product clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and respond to their basic queries.
Generate interest and identify potential leads.
Follow up with interested customers through calls.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified and interested leads.
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude during customer interactions.
