Key Responsibilities & Duties
Lead Generation & Calling: Make outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents from the provided database/leads.
Course Counseling: Educate leads about the various courses offered by Sky Vision Institute (Air Hostess Training, Ground Staff Training, Hospitality Management, etc.).
Lead Nurturing: Answer incoming inquiries, resolve doubts regarding course structure, eligibility, duration, and placement assistance.
Appointment Scheduling: Convince and guide students/parents to visit the institute for a face-to-face counseling and career guidance session.
Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with warm and cold leads to maximize enrollment conversions.
Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, student interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM or excel sheets.
Target Achievement: Meet daily calling targets and monthly walk-in/admission targets set by the management.
