Job Description (JD) – Tele Sales Executive

Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Mira Road (East), Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–10 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience & Performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, explaining our HR recruitment and staffing services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Introduce the company's HR recruitment and staffing services.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

• Understand client hiring requirements and update the CRM/database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records.

• Build long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an added advantage).

• Confident and persuasive personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Qualification

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass).

• Graduate preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Minimum 100 outbound calls per day.

• Generate 10–15 qualified leads per week.

• Schedule 5–8 client meetings per week.

• Achieve monthly business targets.
