Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller – Sales to join our growing team at Opicle. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Opicle’s digital marketing and affiliate solutions

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Understand client requirements and explain relevant services

• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions

• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions

• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Basic understanding of sales and client handling

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

• Freshers are welcome (prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage)
