Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller who will connect with students, explain available job and training opportunities, and motivate them to attend interviews at our Thane center. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, target-driven, and comfortable handling large volumes of calls.
Key Responsibilities:

• Call students from provided databases and pitch them about interviews, courses, and job opportunities.

• Explain the interview process clearly and encourage students to visit our Thane center for scheduled interviews.

• Maintain a high call volume daily and follow up with interested candidates.

• Update daily call reports and track student walk-ins.

• Coordinate with the HR and placement team for smooth interview scheduling.

• Build rapport with students and handle basic queries politely and professionally.
