We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to generate quality leads and drive sales growth.

• Pitching & Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to specific client needs and present products or services effectively.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and motivate them for repeat business.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field).

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Mindset: A customer-first approach with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
