Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

· Cold Calling: Call prospective corporate clients daily to introduce recruitment services.

· Pitching Services: Explain how your agency helps find, vet, and hire top talent quickly.

· Lead Generation: Identify decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Heads, Founders) and qualify their hiring needs.

· Client Needs Analysis: Understand what job roles the client struggles to fill and note their budget or timelines.

· Meeting Scheduling: Set up introductory meetings or calls for senior sales teams or account managers.

· Database Management: Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software updated with call logs, client feedback, and follow-up dates.

· Follow-Ups: Build ongoing relationships with prospects through regular emails and phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in telesales, B2B sales, or inside sales (recruitment industry experience is a plus).

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and local language].

· Persuasion: Strong negotiation, pitching, and active listening skills.

· Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and making high volumes of daily phone calls.

· Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

· Salary: Rs.15,000 -18,000/- per month plus incentives on achieving targets.
