Academic Counselor – Medical Education

Clinical Guruji is one of India's leading medical education platforms, helping doctors, MBBS students, and healthcare professionals enhance their clinical knowledge through online courses, live classes, and practical learning programs.

We are looking for a passionate and confident Academic Counselor to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with doctors and medical students to help them choose the right learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with doctors and medical students through phone calls.

• Understand their learning requirements and recommend suitable courses.

• Guide learners through the enrollment process and resolve their queries.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships.

• Update customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Work closely with the team to achieve enrollment goals while maintaining a great customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Support, EdTech, or Sales.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
