Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and courteously

• Understand customer needs and provide correct information or solutions

• Respond to inquiries related to products, services, or company policies

• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

• Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Regional language]

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
