🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property offerings

• Schedule site visits and follow up with leads

• Maintain records of calls and client interactions using CRM tools

• Coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly targets

• Stay informed about current real estate projects and market trends

👤 Candidate Profile

Ø  Education

·         Graduates preferred

Ø  Experience:

·         Freshers welcome

·         6 months to 2+ years preferred in telecalling or sales

Ø  Skills Required:

·         Strong communication in Hindi and English

·         Basic computer proficiency

·         Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner

·         Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
