Industry: Education / EdTech

Experience: *6 Months – 5 Years*

Working Days: *6 Days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)*

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG programs offered by partner universities.

Handle student queries through calls, emails, and online chat platforms.

Guide students through the admission process and provide information about courses and eligibility.

Convert leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Maintain records of leads, calls, and student interactions in CRM systems.

Provide excellent customer support and build strong relationships with prospective students.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience in sales, counselling, or the education industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Compensation

Salary: *Up to 9 LPA (7.2 LPA Fixed + Variable Incentives)*

Decent hike on last drawn salary.
