Job Summary

Walmond Realty Dart Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

• Qualify leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

• Follow up with prospective customers regularly to nurture leads.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong, convincing, and interpersonal abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.

• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
  

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer relationship management, or real estate sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

• Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
