Key Responsibilities
Understand company products and services to effectively present them to potential customers.
Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and other sales channels.
Contact prospective customers and explain product/service offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
Understanding of lead generation techniques.
Knowledge of digital sales and social media outreach.
Experience with cold calling or customer handling is a plus.
